This watermelon lemonade recipe is really good!

I was surprised at how refreshing it tasted; Plus it’s not overly sweet or tart.

I don’t know why more places don’t sell watermelon lemonade, because it is lovely on a hot summer’s day.

Watermelon Lemonade

Enjoy a refreshing watermelon lemonade on a warm summer's day!

Equipment

  • blender
  • knife to cut up watermelon
  • Pitcher to serve lemonade from

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Seedless Watermelon cubed
  • Ice
  • 3/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2/3 cup White Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cube the watermelon measuring out 4 cups of cubed watermelon.
  • Put the cubed watermelon into the blender.
  • Puree the watermelon in the blender
  • You may have to puree in 2 steps if all the watermelon does not fit into your blender.
  • Put ice in the pitcher.
  • Pour the puree into the pitcher.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Add the lemon juice and sugar to the puree and mix with a large spoon.
  • Serve over ice in a pretty glass with a sprig of mint or a piece of watermelon on the side of the glass.
